Bookings are made with Bruno Brise Tours and are subject to availability, confirmation, the price shown before payment, and the terms displayed for the selected experience at checkout.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation rules depend on the experience purchased and are shown before payment. Refunds may be full, partial, or unavailable where disclosed non-refundable ticket, supplier, or booking terms apply. Bank processing time can differ from the operator's refund approval time.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. For leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, the legal withdrawal right may be excluded where applicable law allows.
